Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken thighs – frozen

2 cups chicken broth

Seasonings to taste – garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasonings, Parsley

1-2 tsp butter – sliced
Directions
- Preheat over to 375
- Add chicken broth to a 9×13 dish.
- Add frozen chicken pieces to the pan and add seasonings to taste.
- Top each chicken piece with butter.
- Cook in preheated oven for an hour or until no pink in chicken.
My body does great with this chicken baked this way.
I reheat in the microwave and it works fine.
A bit of butter on the individual chicken pieces makes them juicier.
