We have a count down of sorts in our house right now. This weekend we are going to my parents house for a weekend stay for the first time since last summer. We are all looking forward to it. Paul is even working some extra hours so he can be off on Friday. It’s suppose to be a nice weekend too, maybe some clouds, but in the 40’s and 50’s, which is great around here this time of year.
We don’t have lots of concrete plans, but we do have some ideas of some things we want to get done. Mostly, just hang with family, out in the country, and relax. It’s nice to have family about 1 1/2 hours away. It’s just far enough, that we can make it a weekend getaway.
I’ve updated my blog a bit, can you tell? It took me a while to get the photo banner the way I wanted it, especially since we didn’t have lots of sunshine today. But I think I finally have it the way I want. I like the colors too.
Well, I can smell that dinner is ready, so I must go. I’ll leave you with a few pictures I took of our backyard this morning at sunrise. Enjoy.
