It’s so hard for me to believe that we just celebrated my first born 21st birthday! That 21 years ago I was giving birth to my first child, 21 years! Goodness, it doesn’t seem possible. 🙂 She has been living with her roommate for the past 3 months, and that’s going well.
But we are also getting used to the new normal, celebrating birthdays with her not living at home. We scheduled it after her birthday, and had her come over for a cook out, cake and a few presents. It was a good time, and she enjoyed it, but we all thought it was really odd when she had to go home afterward. But that is our new normal, and we are all getting used to it.

Awwww, happy 21st birthday, Sarah!! In the last photo, she actually could go for 12 if the candles were flipped. 🙂 Where does the time go, my friend?
