Top 3 Sites

Sites I like to read

I’ve been looking to make some changes, not only the look of this site, but also how I use it.  I wrote briefly about working with different social media sites and Annie Kate from Tea Time with Annie Kate suggested a site to look up, by Amy Lynn Andrews.  The minute I got on that site, I knew I was going to get a lot of info from there, and I was right.  I’m still gleaning lots of information, thanks for the suggestion Annie Kate!  😀

One of the things Amy suggests is a site called Pocket to bookmark articles you want to read later.  Between reading a lot on Amy’s site, and researching other sites on building up a business, and many other topics, I’ve used Pocket a lot already.  Besides that, I’ve also found a lot of other sites I’ve really enjoyed and learned a lot from.   Not all of the sites are about business, some are technical, some crafts, some recipes and lots of other interests.

Does this happen to you?

One of the things that happens to me the most, is I start to rabbit trail to other sites that are either recommended or linked to.  Though that can take a lot of time, it’s usually a good thing, because I learn even more.

It got me thinking, if I had to pick just a few, what would be my top three sites I like to read?  Honestly, that’s pretty hard to pick, because I would rather pick the top 3 in different subjects.  Since I’m working on website and business aspects right now, I do tend to read a lot of those, but I’m giving you a diverse list.

My List

  1. Amy Lynn Andrews – I know I already talked about her, but I’m on her site a lot right now, so I have to list it as one of my top 3.
  2. LifeHacker.com is a new one I just found, but it’s a fun site to read.  I haven’t read it extensively, but so far, I’ve found some of the articles very interesting.  I like it because it has such diverse topics on the site.  From new technologies, the best knives and how to make popcorn fresh again.
  3. DigitalTrends.com has been an interesting site to read, learning about all the different technical items coming out and reviews, gadgets etc…

Now it’s your turn.  What are the top 3 sites that you like to read?  I would love for you to share them in the comments.  I’m always looking for more sites to read and learn from.  🙂
