I’m not a big veggie person, though I am really trying to change that.  One of the ways I do try to get more veggies in me is through smoothies.  I’m not a juicer, because I like all the pulp and extra fiber with smoothies.  I had a NutriBullet from my mom, but it was getting pretty worn used day after day.  So my mom and I went out and she bought me a new blender, the Ninja, and I love it.  I’m working on new recipes and combinations, but so far, I’ve enjoyed everything I put together.

Simple, but perfect for what I need.
Carrots, spinach, mangos, strawberries, water and a bit of honey.
It really is yummy. 😀

I try to make a smoothie every day, it really does help me have more veggies.  How about you?  Do you like smoothies?  Do you add veggies to it?  What is your favorite smoothie recipe? I would love to add more to my collection.  🙂
