We just finished our weekend, hubby and Monday & Tuesday off. It was a great time off. He got off early on Sunday and we went on a date. Paulie’s birthday is in 7 days and we went birthday shopping for him. We took our time, had a nice dinner and just talked. It was so great having some uninterrupted talk time with him. It was such a great day, except for the fact that I could tell I was starting to get a cold.
On Monday I started feeling worse, and didn’t sleep well the night before. I kept coughing and kept waking up all night long. I slept better last night, but I’m still coughing a lot. I’m hoping the cough will go away soon. I thought it was just allergies, and might still be. But regardless I’m trying to rest and hopefully it will go away soon.
So during this time of rest, well actually before too, I’ve been working on a cross stitch project for Paulie. It’s a pretty dolphin picture, Paulie really likes dolphins. Once I get that finished (which won’t be this week or anything) I’m going to start on one for Sarah with cats (of course). I’m in a cross stitch mood lately, but I’ve been doing my color by numbers too. I really have with the coloring too. There are some color by numbers made for adults out there, and I’m really enjoying those. It’s nice and relaxing. So I’m going to end this entry and get back to my crafts. 🙂
