We started back to our ‘normal’ routine, normal being a relative word. 🙂 We started our lessons again on Monday, and did some today too. Now it’s our weekend, Paul has Wednesday & Thursday off, which actually feels nice. Work a couple of days and have a couple of days off. The kids did pretty well with their lessons, though I think all of us have to get use to going to bed earlier and getting up earlier.
My parents are coming out on Thursday for a check-up with my dad. He’s doing great, the doctor just wants to check him one more time. They are coming out early and we are all meeting up with them for lunch at his favorite Chinese Buffet restaurant. He really likes taking Paul there, and was bummed Paul had to work last time. So we worked our schedules together and they get to see Paul and all of us this time. That makes it real nice. Tomorrow Paul & Sarah are going on a Father/Daughter date and seeing the new Narnia movie. They both really like those movies. I’m sure they will have a blast. Paulie has his gym time during it, so I might have an hour or so by myself tomorrow. Hmmmm, what to do with the time? lol
I’ve doing pretty good at taking pictures every day, though I’m not too sure about today’s picture. But at least I took one. This week my theme of sorts is trying to take pictures of what I’m doing that day. I mean one main thing I did that day. At least that’s my thought right now, we’ll see how the rest of the week goes. But I am having fun doing it, and it does make me think of my camera and photos more. Plus I’ve been getting some work done on the baby blanket I’m crocheting. I found out my nephew & his wife are having a baby shower on the 15th. There’s no way I’ll be done with the blanket by then, but I’ll just keep working on it, and hopefully will have it done shortly after the baby comes sometime in February. It’s a very easy pattern, it’s just finding the time to work on it.
Well, I should get going. I’m trying to upload and edit my pictures every day so there won’t be as much work for me on Sunday’s when I post them. And I still need to upload & edit for today. God Bless.
