Pictures, ramblings and whatever else I think of :)

Since I have to rest with this bronchitis thing I figured I can blog a bit more. Can you tell I’m so completely tired of having to ‘rest’. I’ve been resting for, well, going on 3 weeks now, and I’m completely tired of resting. This cold started over 2 weeks ago, and I was resting then, an now more resting.

Ok, so I’m done complaining (I think ). Today I am feeling a bit better. More energy, not as exhausted and I’m actually starting to cough a bit more, so that means things are loosening up. This is the first day I felt like cooking, so we are actually having a dinner tonight. I made my pasta sauce already and garlic bread was made the other day. With frozen raviolis, dinner should be a breeze tonight.

I also realized when I was reading a friends blog that I haven’t taken pictures in forever. So even though I really would like to get out more to take pictures (and do other things), let me show you what our spring is like out here in Idaho (through our window). Actually though the calendar says spring, ours never really start until close to May. So here was our morning.

Of course now it’s just wet out, all the snow has melted, but it’s still cloudy. I was really hoping to be able to sit outside for a bit today, I guess that won’t happen.

So what else have we been doing, since I’m sick, it’s yucky out and we are stuck inside? Well the kids did do their lessons while I’ve been working on the laptop but we also took some more pictures.

And now we are watching the newer Parent Trap, again . The kids really like that movie and watch it often. Thanks mom for buying it for Sarah. I’m still doing website work while resting on the couch (what a blessing to have a laptop). I’m completely changing around my website, the colors, adding more graphics, changing the layout, everything. I was able to buy new website design software and I really need to learn it, so during this time of rest, I’ve been learning the new software and updating my site. There will be a new blue graphic link on my sidebar when it’s all done. I’ll be sure to let you all know.
